When Creative Space was given the task of raising awareness and increasing the profile of Granary Wharf, Leeds, Sorted were drafted in to put together a marketing plan and strategy after a recommendation from one of Sorted’s previous clients. The ultimate aim of the project was to sell the remaining flats and rent out the shop units which had been developed by ISIS.
A monthly event was created called Pannier Market to draw in small businesses to the city centre and create a footfall of residents from City Centre apartments and North Leeds. Sorted put together a marketing plan and strategy specifically for the event, to be run every month throughout the summer. This included:

- Residential apartment door to door flyering
- Door to door flyering in Leeds
- Advan and adbike campaign
- Legal fly postering campaign
- Local press advertising
- Social media campaign
- Event staff to help run the market
- Flyer & leaflet printing
- Other promotional printing (Bunting, balloons, flyers, posters)
